Kermit Ruffins is scheduled for today
yesterday we had some time in the morning before we had to shoot, so after actually being able to obtain pancakes for breakfast, we drove out to the ninth ward. it was wild. houses on top of cars, piles of rubble, a flattened house on one corner and a fully intact church on another, etc…
this town has endured. no one is here. places can’t keep themselves staffed and open. blue tarps everywhere. but the spirit lives on.
the people of this town love it. they want to see her come back. she will.
boris got his first beads. and his first look at real life boobs. rik finally got pissed at us for incessantly giving him a hard time. and i slept in the van. i love having a production vehicle. boris doesn’t want us to give it back. oh well!
i can’t wait to get you guys some pics. here’s some for the road.
